Harvesting Nature’s Goodness Premium quality RCN

PAAC brings nature’s treasure, i.e., Raw Cashew Nuts (RCN), to your table. These are grown organically and processed in state-of-the-art plants. Our cashew nuts are widely popular due to their taste, quality, and nutritional value.

Our current network allows us to procure raw cashews directly from the source in countries such as Mali, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, and Benin.

Cashew Production Process

Harvesting

Twisting and removing nuts from cashew apples.

Sun Drying & Washing

Ensuring optimal moisture level (between 8 and 10%) of cashews before they are packed in 80 kg jute bags.

Removal of dust and other particles in washing chambers, leaving behind clean RCN.

RCN Grading & Steaming/Cooking

Separation of RCN, depending on their sizes, for grading and further processing purposes.

Cooking RNC with steam to soften the outer shell.

Cooked RCN Cooling

Storing cooked RCN and letting them cool down for 24 to 36 hours.

Cutting/Shelling

Transfer of cooked RCN to the cutting chambers.

Drying, Peeling & Grading

Transfer of cashews to closed chambers for drying and humidification.

Further steps include peeling, grading, and inspecting kernels and increasing their moisture levels.
